Every groomer here is trained in low-stress handling — reading body language, taking breaks before a pet gets overwhelmed, and never forcing a hold. Calming diffusers run in every room.
No cage dryers, ever. We hand-dry on low heat with breaks, and if a pet's had enough, we stop and finish air-drying instead.
Nothing's required. A favourite treat or toy helps some pets settle in faster. If your pet's newly adopted, bring the vaccination card if you have it.
You're welcome to on the first visit. Most pets settle faster without an audience though — we'll send a photo update partway through instead.
